We are partnering with the company Two Trees Global to support the overall vision of the Latter House Project.
Our church family is growing, and we’re excited to make room for more whether it’s a hotel, warehouse, or any other facility.
This hotel presents a unique opportunity with potential for parking, larger auditorium for services, more rooms to grow our kids ministry, and marketplace ministry options that we have been praying and believing God for.
We are partnering with a company to operate the majority of the upper levels to function as a hotel. Which will provide the church with the ability to operate in the lower levels.
Running regular business operations alongside the church will alleviate pressure from the church financially, and we are hopeful for a large service that will reach the entire Monroeville region.
Everything is still in the early stages of development. As of right now it could be as short as 6 months, or longer. We will update everyone when we know more!

Over the past 27 years, God has accomplished many incredible things through Grace Life. We believe that this new opportunity will draw even more attention to the powerful work God is doing, surpassing what we’ve seen before.
The Latter House represents the church growing in the last days before Jesus returns. We believe that in these last days we will see the biggest harvest of bringing souls to Jesus.
We aim to raise $1.4 million, along with proceeds from selling our current property. This funding will significantly strengthen our ministry as we enter an exciting new season of growth and expansion.
